Gasoline Engine Performance

Combustion improvement for gasoline engines with sharper response and smoother acceleration.

Combustion improvement for gasoline engines

O3 Protegelo is not an ECU remap, fuel additive, turbo upgrade or tuning chip. It does not increase boost pressure or command the engine to inject more fuel.

Its role is different: it improves the combustion behaviour of the fuel before it reaches the engine.

For gasoline engines, the benefit is usually felt as drivability. Sharper throttle response, smoother acceleration and better low- and mid-range torque feel are the key messages.

How it works in performance applications

As gasoline passes through the O3 catalytic core, active iron-oxide nanoparticles are generated in the fuel. During combustion, these particles support faster and more complete oxidation, helping the engine extract more useful energy from the fuel already supplied.

What drivers may notice

  • Sharper throttle response
  • Smoother acceleration
  • Improved low- and mid-range torque feel
  • Cleaner HC and CO combustion behaviour
  • Potential fuel-efficiency improvement depending on use

Important positioning

This should not be sold as a guaranteed horsepower upgrade. In some applications, dynamometer testing may show improved torque or power delivery across parts of the RPM range, but results depend on the engine, ECU calibration, fuel, installation and test conditions.

Suitable gasoline applications

Cars, vans, motorcycles, outboards and performance engines can be evaluated, especially where the customer values response, smoothness and cleaner combustion rather than a mechanical modification.

FAQ

Does O3 Protegelo remap the ECU?

No. It is passive and external. It does not change ECU settings, ignition maps, boost pressure or injection timing.

Can it be dyno tested?

Yes. A before/after dyno test can compare torque, power delivery and RPM behaviour, provided the test conditions are controlled.
